Although this is not a common occurrence, today’s road conditions and size of potholes can up the chances an impact could affect your window glass.

Following gravel trucks and semi-trucks can increase your chances of being hit with rocks or other road debris. Keep your distance, especially if you see something falling off the back-end.

Be aware of road conditions and take precautions. Avoid driving on gravel roads and construction zones when possible. Be sure to leave plenty of space between your vehicle and the one in front of you. Drive slower to reduce the impact of bumps and potholes.
